On December 29, the East Olympic (connecting line between East Ring Road and North Ring Road) project held a publicity and implementation meeting on commercial concrete management measures, aiming at unifying management standards, unifying management and control processes, clarifying management and control responsibilities, giving full play to the effectiveness of the system and forming an institutional culture.

The meeting was first organized by the Minister of materials and design to publicize and implement the main contents of the newly revised commercial concrete management measures, interpret them one by one, redefine the process of commercial concrete supply, the responsibilities of both suppliers and the project department, and establish a commercial concrete quality assurance system in line with the actual construction; Secondly, the two sides discussed the important rules in the management measures. For the problems raised by the supplier, such as raw materials, winter construction, safety and epidemic prevention, the project site leader, laboratory, safety department and other functional departments answered questions on site to ensure that the measures are close to reality, highly operable and convenient for project implementation; Finally, the project leader made an important speech from the current working situation, construction plan, commercial concrete supply relationship and so on.

Through this meeting, on the one hand, it gathered the strength of everyone and standardized the management of commercial concrete of the project, so that everyone realized that the management must be implemented; On the other hand, the suppliers expressed their satisfaction that the questions raised in the meeting were answered on the spot.
